How DevOpsArk collects, uses, shares and retains personal data from this website and from the platform, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
From this website, the information you submit through the contact form: name, work email, organisation, optional role and team size, and the message you write. We record which page you submitted from so we can route the enquiry sensibly.
From the platform: account details for the people you invite, and the operational telemetry described on the security page. We do not read application data in your databases, persistent volumes or object storage.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to operate the platform for you, to meet contractual and legal obligations, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Platform data is retained according to the retention configuration in your agreement. Both are deleted on request, subject to legal retention obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@devopsark.ai and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
Cookies
This website uses only what is necessary to serve the pages. It does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not embed third-party trackers.
